What if I’m coming alone?
Most guests do. You’ll have plenty of quiet time and also guided group connection so you don’t feel awkward or left out.
What’s the fitness level required for the snowshoe / winter walk?
We’ll keep the pace gentle and the distance reasonable. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll swap in a different grounding practice indoors.
What if the weather is bad?
We’re in the mountains in winter; that’s part of the experience. We build in flexible options so the retreat stays cozy and safe regardless of the forecast.
What’s your refund policy?
Retreat payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by HEAL. We know life happens, and in limited cases, a credit toward a future retreat (used within 1 year of your original booking) may be offered at the discretion of HEAL management.
