HEAL Retreats has been hosting retreats for 8+ years and is a licensed business and fully insured. Our facilitators are trauma-informed, and creating a safe, supportive environment is our top priority.
This is a confidence + recreation based camp. It is not clinical therapy or medical treatment.
The Vibe
This is a confidence-building summer camp designed for teens who want equal parts glow-up energy and real growth. Expect supportive connection, movement that feels fun (not punishing), outdoor exploration, and moments that help teens walk taller.
We’ll balance structured workshops with plenty of downtime to connect, laugh, and actually enjoy being away from home.

Day 1 (Mon 6/15): Arrival + house tour + camp agreements + opening circle + chill night
Day 2 (Tue 6/16): Confidence workshop + yoga + lake prep + sunset deck time

Day 4 (Thu 6/18): Mountain Day + dance + makeup class + fancy dinner

The Home
This private, view-filled home is built for comfort and connection:
2 large bunk rooms (shared sleeping spaces)
3 separate living rooms (room to spread out—no forced bonding 24/7)
Luxury kitchen + group dining
Hot tub + spacious viewing deck for sunsets and wildlife spotting
On Site Staff Rooms (adults present at all times)
Room assignments are organized for safety, comfort, and group flow

PARENT / GUARDIAN NOTES
This is a supervised teen retreat with structured programming and adult oversight.
All meals and activities are included during the listed dates.
Families are responsible for travel + drop-off/pick-up.
A final itinerary will be shared before camp and may adjust slightly for weather and group needs.

A full packing list will be sent closer to camp. For now: layers for cool evenings, comfy shoes, swimsuit + towel, sunscreen, water bottle, toiletries, and one outfit for the fancy dinner.

No—this is a confidence and recreation-based camp. We use trauma-informed facilitation to support a safe group environment.

All payments are final. No refunds for any reason. We strongly recommend travel insurance. In special circumstances (at our discretion), we may allow a participant to transfer their booking to a future camp date if space is available.
