Fall HEALing with Horses Overnight Retreat
Logan Canyon Utah - September 25-26, 2026
This is your permission slip to step out of your life for a night and come home to yourself.
Join us in the golden aspens of Logan Canyon for an intimate overnight retreat that blends yoga, silence, and equine connection with a full day of mountain adventure. You will move your body, breathe fresh alpine air, and ride through radiant fall color, all designed to calm your nervous system instead of overstimulating it.
This retreat includes everything in our beloved Healing with Horses Mini Retreat plus an added night of rest, reflection, and integration at Bear Lake.
🍂 What You’ll Experience:
Silent Morning Hike through the pines: Begin your day with a peaceful hike through serene pine forests, embracing the tranquility and beauty of nature.
Grounding Outdoor Yoga Clinic: Drop onto the grass for a yoga clinic that breaks down key postures in a safe, accessible way so you can deepen your practice, not just “follow along.” All levels welcome.
3 Hour Guided Horseback Ride in Peak Fall Color: Saddle up for a scenic ride through glowing aspens to a ridge with panoramic mountain views. You will be guided and supported the entire time, no previous riding experience required.
Scenic Picnic Lunch on the Mountain: Enjoy a hearty picnic lunch with a handcrafted sandwich, chips, pickle, and cookie while you soak in the views from the ridge.
Evening Arrival and Overnight Reset: For the Overnight Mountain Immersion, you will arrive the evening before for tea, light snacks, gentle stretching, breathwork, and a guided meditation to send you into deep, restorative sleep.
Nervous System Friendly Integration: Throughout the experience, we weave in trauma informed facilitation, mindful movement, and space to check in with your body, so you leave feeling grounded instead of wrung out.
